How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please get in touch with us at Return@vogzzybeauty.com. With your order number and the reason for your return. We will get back to you with detailed instructions.

Please note that some items, like handmade strip eyelashes, are non-refundable.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• The product must be unused and in its original, sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund. We cannot accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons.
• Proof of purchase, such as your order number, is required for all returns.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Non-Refundable Items Policy

For the safety and hygiene of all our customers, certain items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

This includes all:

• Handcrafted Strip Eyelashes
• Customized or personalized products

Due to the intimate and bespoke nature of these items, all sales are final. This policy ensures that every customer receives a product that is entirely new and untouched.
