How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please get in touch with us at Return@vogzzybeauty.com. With your order number and the reason for your return. We will get back to you with detailed instructions.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The product must be unused and in its original, sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund. We cannot accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons.
- Proof of purchase, such as your order number, is required for all returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Shipping Costs
